Consultation Services Agreement (consultation session only)
This agreement is between you (as identified by the details you enter in this form) and Hadi Imani, Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC, registration number R522575), member of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), operating as AvalVisa Immigration Services, Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Ticking "I agree" and paying the fee counts as acceptance.
1. Scope of the service
One private online consultation session to review your situation and give general guidance on your Canadian immigration options. This agreement covers that session only. It does not include representation before the immigration authorities, the preparation or filing of any application or form (including the IMM 5476 representative form), or any ongoing service. Any further work needs a separate agreement.
2. Fee and payment
For clients located in Canada, the fee is CAD 100 plus 13% HST — CAD 113 in total — paid before the session through the secure Stripe payment page.
For clients located in Iran, the fee is quoted separately in toman and paid by domestic Iranian card-to-card transfer, with the receipt sent to us. That route has no connection to the Stripe payment gateway.
Your session time is confirmed once the payment is confirmed.
3. Credit toward a full retainer
If you sign a full service agreement (retainer agreement) with Aval Visa within 90 days of the session, the entire amount you paid for this session is credited against the cost of that agreement.
4. Rescheduling and refunds
Up to 24 hours before the session you may reschedule once at no charge, or cancel and receive a full refund. If you cancel less than 24 hours before, or do not attend, the fee is not refundable. If we cancel the session, you receive a full refund or a replacement time.
5. Confidentiality and no guarantee
Your information is kept confidential under the CICC Code of Professional Conduct and is used only to provide this service. The guidance given is based on the information you state, and no guarantee is given about the outcome of any immigration application.
6. Complaints and governing law
If you are not satisfied, you have the right to bring a complaint to the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (college-ic.ca). This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and of Canada. A copy of this agreement is sent to you on request.
