This page explains what information Aval Visa collects from you, why we keep it, and what control you have over it. Files are handled under the responsibility of Hadi Imani, Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC #R522575).

What we collect

We only receive information you type into one of the forms on this site:

  • Contact form: your name, email address and message.
  • Free assessment: name, WhatsApp number, age, education, language scores, work history, budget and any previous refusals — used to give you an initial eligibility review.
  • GCMS notes orders: given and family name, date of birth, UCI or application number, email, WhatsApp, and the files you upload yourself: a signed copy of your passport, the signed consent form, IRCC correspondence and your payment receipt. If you add dependants (spouse or children), their names and dates of birth are recorded too.
  • Consultation bookings: name, email, phone number and appointment time.
  • Newsletter: your email address or WhatsApp number.
  • Technical data: as on any website, our server records IP addresses and browser type in security logs. Google reCAPTCHA is used to block automated form submissions.

The free tools on this site (CRS calculator, CLB converter, NOC finder and similar) run inside your browser. Their results are not sent to us unless you choose to enter your email address.

Why we keep it

  • To answer your enquiry and provide the service you asked for.
  • To assess your immigration profile and recommend a suitable pathway.
  • To place your GCMS notes request with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) on your instruction.
  • To keep client records, as regulated immigration consultants are required to do by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC).

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information and we do not release it for advertising. It leaves us only in these cases:

  • IRCC / CBSA — only when you have asked us to act, for example an ATIP request for your own case notes, and on the basis of the consent form you signed.
  • Our technical providers — our web host and email provider, who process the data solely to operate the site.
  • Google — for reCAPTCHA and for the consultation calendar.
  • Where Canadian law requires us to.

Storage and security

Form submissions are stored in this website’s database, and files you upload are placed in a protected directory that cannot be browsed from outside. The site is served over encrypted HTTPS. No system is ever completely secure, so please send sensitive documents through these forms rather than through public messaging apps.

Files are retained for as long as CICC record-keeping rules require, and deleted afterwards.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you your information, correct it, or delete it, and you can unsubscribe from the newsletter whenever you like. Email info@avalvisa.com. If a record must be kept because of our regulatory record-keeping duty, we will tell you at the time.
