Is Hadi Imani a lawyer?

No. Hadi Imani is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC), licence R522575. His licence comes from the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), not a law society. He can represent you on a Canadian immigration application, but not at the Federal Court, where you need a lawyer.

What does a consultation cost?

For clients located in Canada, a consultation is CAD 100 plus applicable tax. If you live elsewhere, the booking page shows the fee that applies to you. Government fees and the fee for preparing an application are separate.
