Aval Visa is a Canadian immigration practice with offices in Toronto and Tehran. Hadi Imani Maman provides the immigration advice and representation. He is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant, licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants under licence number R522575, held since 27 September 2021. Since the licence was granted, the practice has recorded more than 3,000 approved applications: study permits, visitor visas, work permits and permanent residence. The practice operates as AvalVisa Inc., registered federally as corporation 1762726-2 and in Ontario as corporation 1001476881, at Unit 1210, 4789 Yonge Street, Toronto.

The licence

The College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) licenses individual people, not firms. No company holds a CICC licence, ours included. So the question to ask any immigration business is not “is the company licensed” but “who is the licensed consultant, and what is the number”. Here it is Hadi Imani Maman.

Checked on 7 September 2026, the register showed no revocations, no suspensions, no restrictions, no current proceedings and no past decisions on this licence. Open the CICC public register, search R522575 or the name Hadi Imani Maman, and read the entry yourself.

The company

You contract with AvalVisa Inc. It is registered twice, federally and in Ontario, and both records are public.

Registration Number Date Status
Federal (Corporations Canada) 1762726-2 16 January 2026 Active
Ontario (Ontario Business Registry) 1001476881 16 January 2026 Active, Registered

Registered office: Unit 1210, 4789 Yonge Street, Toronto, Ontario M2N 0G3. Directors: Hadi Imani Maman and Farnaz Honarmand. The federal entry is public at Corporations Canada; for the Ontario entry, search 1001476881 on the Ontario Business Registry.

In January 2025 the firm decided to rebrand. The practice was expanding beyond Canada into European immigration, and a name built around one city no longer described the work, so VisaToronto became Aval Visa. Alongside Canada, our guidance now covers Germany, the Netherlands, Austria, Finland, Italy and Spain. AvalVisa Inc. was incorporated on 16 January 2026 to carry the new name. The firm has been incorporated in Canada since 28 July 2021, first as Hadi Imani Immigration services Inc. (1321994-1), and licensed for immigration work since September 2021. The legal name is one word, AvalVisa Inc.; the brand is written Aval Visa.

Our record

What Record
Practice started March 2017, with offices in Montreal and Tehran
Canadian office Toronto since 2020
Licensed immigration services Since 2021
Approved applications since 2021 More than 3,000
Team 20 people

The firm started in 2017 in student recruitment, placing students with partner universities and colleges around the world. Those institutional relationships are still ours, and they are why ICEF, the international education industry body, sits among our affiliations. The Canadian office moved from Montreal to Toronto in 2020. From 2021, with Hadi Imani licensed as an RCIC, the firm has offered full immigration services. The figure of more than 3,000 counts approved applications rather than people, since one client may have had several, and we hold documentation for it. Clients describe the experience in their own words in our reviews.

What we do and what we will not do

We work on study permits, visitor visas, work permits and permanent residence applications for Canada. To find out where you stand, start with the assessment form or our overview of immigration to Canada.

We will not guarantee an outcome. Nobody can. The decision belongs to a Canadian officer, and no consultant, lawyer or agency has power over it. A guaranteed visa is a sales tactic.

We will not promise a processing time. Times are set by IRCC and they move. We will tell you the published times and what usually causes delay, but not a date we do not control.

We will not take payment into a personal account. Fees go to the company, never to an individual. If anyone in this industry asks for money in a personal account, stop there.

We will not work without a written agreement. A retainer setting out the scope, the fee and the duties on both sides comes before the work. It protects you more than us, which is why it is not optional.

How to check any immigration consultant, including us

Two public registers, one IRCC rule and one document you should read before paying. Any firm, including this one.

  1. Ask for the licence number and the licensee’s full legal name. A licensed consultant gives both without hesitation. Hesitation is itself the answer.
  2. Search the CICC public register. The register is searchable by licence number or by name, and shows the class, the status and any discipline history.
  3. Confirm the person may charge you at all. Under IRCC’s rules, paid representation for Canadian immigration may only be given by a CICC-licensed consultant, a member of a Canadian provincial or territorial law society, or a member of the Chambre des notaires du Québec. In IRCC’s words, “Only some people can charge you a fee or receive any other type of payment.” Those are the authorized representatives.
  4. Look the company up. Corporations Canada shows a federal company’s incorporation date, status and directors; each province runs its own registry for provincial records. A company you cannot find, or one that is not active, is a question to ask out loud.
  5. Read the retainer before you pay anything. Scope, fee, refunds, who signs your forms. With no written agreement there is nothing to enforce.

Frequently asked questions

How do I confirm this licence is real?

Open the CICC public register and search R522575 or the name Hadi Imani Maman. The register is the authority here, not a badge on a website, including ours.

Is Aval Visa the same firm as VisaToronto?

Yes. In January 2025 we decided to rebrand. The work was expanding beyond Canada into European immigration, and a name built around a single city no longer described it, so VisaToronto became Aval Visa. AvalVisa Inc. was incorporated on 16 January 2026 to carry the name. Same practice, same licence, same offices.

Am I hiring a company or a person?

You contract with the company, but the College licenses individual consultants, not firms, so the representative on your file is a named person: Hadi Imani Maman, licence R522575.

Does “more than 3,000 approved applications” mean a high success rate?

It is a count of approvals recorded since the licence was granted in 2021, not a success rate. The applications cover study permits, visitor visas, work permits and permanent residence, and one client may account for more than one.

Who else may legally charge for Canadian immigration advice?

Under IRCC’s rules for paid representation: CICC-licensed consultants, members of a Canadian provincial or territorial law society, and members of the Chambre des notaires du Québec. That is the whole list. Anyone charging a fee outside those three groups is not authorized.
