Your client portal is where you can see your own file with Aval Visa — the stage your case has reached, the documents we have received and the ones still outstanding, and messages from your consultant. It is private to you.
Two ways to get in
1. The private link your consultant sent you
Most clients receive a personal link, usually by WhatsApp. Opening it takes you straight into your file with no password. The link is unique to you and it expires, so if it stops working just ask us and we will send a fresh one.
2. A username and password
If you prefer signing in normally, your consultant can set up a username and password for your file. Ask for it and use the button above.
What you will see
- Where your case stands — the current stage, in plain language.
- Your documents — what we have already received, and what is still needed from you.
- Messages — notes from your consultant about your file.
If you cannot get in
Links expire, and phones change. If your link no longer opens, or you never received one, contact us and we will sort it out. Do not create a second file — everything is attached to the record we already have for you.
Keep your link private
Your link opens your file without asking for a password, so treat it like a password. Do not post it in groups or forward it to anyone who is not part of your application. If you think someone else has it, tell us and we will issue a new one and cancel the old.
A note on what the portal is not
The portal shows the state of your file with us. It is not a government system and it does not show IRCC’s own internal status. When something changes officially, your consultant records it here.
